- A short description of what happened and what you expected

App-specific support
Subscriptions & billing
Our apps are sold through the Apple App Store. Subscriptions are managed by Apple in your device settings:
Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions
From there you can change, pause, or cancel any active subscription. For refund requests, please use Apple's Report a Problem page, as Apple processes all App Store refunds.
Account deletion
If our apps support an in-app account, you can delete your account and associated data from within the app's settings. You can also email safwan@runitback.fyi with the subject "Account deletion" and we will process your request within 30 days.
