Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information Run It Back LLC ("we," "us," or "our") collects when you use our apps and websites, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Who we are
Run It Back LLC is a United States limited liability company that develops health and wellness mobile apps, including Saaf. You can reach us at safwan@runitback.fyi.
2. Information we collect
The specific data collected depends on the app and the features you use. Across our apps, the categories of information we may collect include:
Information you provide
- Account information such as your email address and password (stored on our servers in hashed form), or the identifier provided by Sign in with Apple where that option is offered.
- Profile and wellness information you enter in the app. In Saaf, this includes things like skin type, skin concerns, known allergens, age range, goals, and similar information you choose to share so the app can personalize recommendations for you.
- App content you create, such as the lists of skincare products you save (name, brand, ingredients, your notes), product barcodes you scan, and similar in-app content.
- Customer support messages you send to us by email.
Camera
Our apps may ask for camera access to support specific features. In Saaf, the camera is used only to scan product barcodes. We do not capture, store, or upload photos of you or your skin.
Information collected automatically
- Basic technical data such as device model, operating system version, app version, and your authentication session, used so the app can function and stay signed in.
- Diagnostic data from Apple. If you opt in to share diagnostics with app developers in your iOS settings, Apple may share aggregated crash and performance reports with us so we can fix bugs. This data is provided by Apple and does not personally identify you.
We do not currently use third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs in our apps. If we add any in the future, this policy will be updated and the app's App Store privacy label will be updated to match.
Purchases and subscriptions
Where our apps offer in-app purchases or subscriptions, those are sold through the Apple App Store. Payments and billing are handled entirely by Apple, and we do not receive or store your payment card information. We may receive limited transaction information from Apple (such as receipts and subscription status) so we can deliver and maintain the features you purchased.
3. How we use information
- To provide and personalize our apps and their features, including routine recommendations, progress tracking, and content tailored to the information you share.
- To operate and improve our apps, diagnose issues, and prevent abuse.
- To communicate with you about your account, support requests, and material changes to our services.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your personal information for advertising or share it with third-party advertisers.
4. How information is shared
We share information only as needed to operate our apps:
- Service providers that help us run the apps, such as cloud hosting and email delivery. These providers process information on our behalf under contractual obligations to protect it.
- Apple, in connection with App Store distribution, Sign in with Apple (where offered), and in-app purchases.
- Legal and safety reasons, when we believe disclosure is required by law or necessary to protect the rights, safety, or property of users or the public.
- Business transfers, such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case we will notify you and require that your information continues to be protected.
5. How long we keep information
We retain your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the app's features. If you delete your account, we delete or de-identify your personal information within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain it for legal, security, or fraud-prevention reasons. Backup copies are deleted on a rolling schedule.
6. Your choices and rights
- Access, correct, or delete the information associated with your account. You can delete your account and data from within the app (where available) or by emailing us at safwan@runitback.fyi.
- Manage subscriptions in your device's Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions.
- Control device permissions such as camera, photos, and notifications in your device's Settings.
- Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the EU/UK GDPR or the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including rights to access, correct, delete, or port your information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, email us at safwan@runitback.fyi. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
7. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect your information. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children
Our apps are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
9. International users
We operate in the United States. If you use our apps from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and, where appropriate, notify you through the app or by email.
