FAQs

How does Saaf personalize my recommendations?

Saaf uses information you provide about your skin — such as skin type, concerns, known allergens, and goals — to tailor product suggestions and ingredient analysis. Recommendations are informational and are not a substitute for professional medical advice from a dermatologist.

Why does Saaf ask for camera access?

The camera is used solely to scan product barcodes so Saaf can identify the product and its ingredients. Saaf does not capture, store, or upload photos of you or your skin.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID and managed by Apple. To cancel:

  1. Open Settings on your iPhone
  2. Tap your name at the top
  3. Tap Subscriptions
  4. Select Saaf and tap Cancel Subscription

Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

Can I get a refund?

All App Store refunds are processed by Apple. Please use Apple's Report a Problem page to request a refund.

How do I delete my account and data?

You can delete your Saaf account and all associated data from within the app: open Settings in Saaf and tap Delete Account. You can also email safwan@runitback.fyi with the subject "Saaf Account Deletion" and we will process the request within 30 days.
